Musicals provide me with an escape from routine tasks of everyday. Experiencing stories through the medium of musical theatre is a magical feeling. And so I decided to record this feeling as illustrations. Le Fabuleux Destin d'Amélie Poulain being one of my favourite films, celebrates the wonderful mundanities of life- inspiring the quaintly simplistic aesthetic of these illustrations.
