Samin Nosrat's Lessons

These series of work pay homage to the deliciously filmed television adaptation of Samin Nosrat's book- Salt Fat Acid Heat. Instantly taken by her ingenuity and joy radiating off the book and show; I immediately made some of her recipes which turned out to be flavour explosions in my mouth.

Samin, if you see this, please know this art is my thanks to you!

salt
Sources of salt that aren't SALT: Wakame Seaweed, Naturally Fermented Soy Sauce, Miso Paste
fat
Fat is flavour, texture and makes an excellent breakfast: Creamed Coffee, Sunny Side Up Eggs & Crispy Bacon. (don't forget to save the grease!)
acid
Mouth puckering, zingy, zesty, fresh, tangy, spicy, sweet, bitter, fun! There are as many adjectives to describe acid as there are sources.
heat
How does one add heat to cold foods, you ask? Through chillies and pepper, of course!
